The Live Immersions offer in-person teachings for those seeking a deeper exploration of the sacred art of holding space.
This transformative experience goes beyond what can be achieved online, focusing on aspects such as group dynamics, floor work, circle work, embodiment, functional movement, body reading, space holding, ceremony, and the transmission of the medicine itself.
During our time together, you will cultivate your unique ability to express from our Soma, enhance your resilience in both movement and stage presence, refine your public speaking skills, and expand your capacity to witness and be witnessed in your authentic self.
The Canadian workshop is held in a sanctuary, nestled in nature, where you will be nourished with high-frequency food and have the opportunity to rest in consciousness.
Xenia Center
Join us at Xenia, a 38-acre private property on Bowen Island, off the coast of Vancouver, British Colombia.
These mystical retreat grounds are a prime container to cultivate our magic and promote growth.
Experience ancient trees, a labyrinth, a meditation sanctuary, and the Oracle – a wood-burning sauna. Nature’s creatures also call this magical place home.
During our stay, we’ll share rooms and meals family-style. Beds are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so secure your spot early!
Our workshop space is a tranquil yurt surrounded by the island forest.

You can anticipate the following:
- Engaging in frequent movement practices
- Enjoying regular periods of free time
- Partaking in 3 meals per day
- Experiencing integration moments
- Engaging in ceremonial gatherings

How to Prepare
- Develop a regular movement practice before we meet to build stamina in body, mind, and spirit.
- Set yourself up to being immersed in the experience, and as disconnected as possible from the outside world.
- Check on the weather for Bowen Island before you pack as the Canadian climate can vary greatly from one week to the next.
