Explore the Elements
– WORKSHOP STYLE –

→ Workshop: 11 am – 2 pm
→ Drink & Snack: 2 – 3 pm

We will explore how although all 5 elements are alive in each of us, we have 1 or 2 that dominate our way of being and interacting with the world.

Through intuitive movement, we will expand our somatic connection with all 5 Elements, both inside and around us, to meet challenges, relationships, and day-to-day tasks in a more present, dynamic, and wholesome way.

Light up your Fire
– OPEN FLOOR PRACTICE –

→ Guided Somatic Dance
→ 7 – 9 pm

We will stretch our somatic field, step into our rhythm, and awaken our sense of being alive from deep within our hearts, with loving-kindness.

Through subtle meditative movement, we will tap into a self-existing energy that effortlessly moves us from the inside out, so that we learn to tend to our fire, cultivate our light, and release our soul’s essence in a sustainable manner.
