We must learn to embark on the path
without having all the answers first.

I am not saying that this is easy.
The path of the warrior is courageous.

Because we don't get what we want,
we get what we need
to keep on carving the path, 
for those up and coming.

Yet the deepest of all inspiration is the people that are joining in.
They are the ones I am of service to.
And the group is so potent that I am diving in
like never before.

Because of their commitment, I am all in
And will be passing on as much of what I know
So that they too can  pass on the medicine of the dance
to their communities.

The world is ready to process and transform
from "the bottom up"; meaning that by changing
the container we live in, the content adjusts and settles.

to step into your Soma
and embody a felt sense 
of being centered.

We will meet online:
- For 5 consecutive Tuesdays
- 2 hours a week
- with some coaching in between

And play with moving in all directions.
Until you meet your center.
And learn to come and go from it
Like a compass.

So that you can't get lost.

You are loved. Valentine's day is not just for lo You are loved.

Valentine's day is not just for lovers 
but a special day to offer love freely yes... 

Yet the art of receiving the love that is being offered,
from a felt-sense experience, 
is a powerful heart-opening practice.

How do we do that?

As you receive a compliment, 
a love sentence, 
or a hug, 
do the following ABC:

A - Soften the area around your "heart cage".
B - Open the space in between your ribs on the inhale.
C - Exhale slowly while taking in the love through all of your pores.

Loving someone is one thing, 
telling them that we love them is another. 
But actually experiencing someone's love 
is the ultimate affair!
