The 2nd level of the DFTT is about refining core techniques and learning to integrate the Deep Flow philosophy within a structural content.
The main focus is to develop your ability to present lectures and hands-on demos to an audience, while being able to adapt the information to each student so that everyone in the group feels supported.
The goal is to further prepare you to get out there and share with those looking to learn more about the relationship between the body, the nervous system and the breath.
