Shasta Angel

Shasta has been an integral part of the Deep Flow community for 7 years and has recently completed her Deep Flow Philosophy Teacher Training. She draws on her bodywork practice, Middle Eastern Dance and Body-Mind classes to bring people into the realm of self discovery and growth.

This weekend getaway is about taking that step to renew what you already have within and giving it the time and attention it fully deserves.

We will be reaching deep and finding your ability to connect and release, restoring your true self in supportive and various classes such as:

  • Mindfulness / Meditation classes
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Breathwork
  • Body & Mind Exploration
